Apply for Forum Moderator postions.

Ok I will be handling the administration of Forum Moderator positions.(This means I'll handle this one Slayer )
Duties and privileges of a Forum moderator include but are not limited to:
1) Editing posts due to any form of innapropriate content
2) Getting [MO] put into ur name
3) Reporting inappropriate behavior or illegal activity to forum admins.
4) Issuing warnings and breaking up rowdy users
5) Getting to hang with the big guys
6) Close topics in extreme cases

Qualifications to join include:
1) At least have 100 posts
2) Prove they have performed an action usually performed by a Moderator(such as a warning or reminding a user to obey the rules)
3) Justify their want to be a Moderator
4) Be an all-around good user
5) Treat all users kindly and with respect.

All candidates are to PM me for an evaluation and review of the above prerequisites. Only a few moderators are needed so the the first few to pass the review will be inducted into this honorable and prestigious position.

100 posts nesassary to show you are commited and also some privileges i forgot to mention:

Unique color text( normal members not allowed to use colors in text only mods in moderation posts)

First of all our newly appointed Forum Moderator has not met all five requirements.

1) At least have 100 posts (100 posts? This means everyone would become a MOD in less then a weak)
2) Prove they have performed an action usually performed by a Moderator(such as a warning or reminding a user to obey the rules) (I've been to all topics in these forums and not once have i seen xTPRO-Nheehs do anything that is related to Forum Moderating)
3) Justify their want to be a Moderator (I don't seem to find any post of xTPRO-Nheehs justifying their "want" to becoming a Forum Moderator)
4) Be an all-around good user (posting a bunch of spam is considered "Being an all around good user"? oO, the spam is what got him to the LOW requirement of 100 posts.)
5) Treat all users kindly and with respect. ( This is the only requirement thats reasonable that he seems to meet, but then again, when your a forum mod there is no being kind to people. You do your job even if it means being mean to someone.)

Well clearly to the eyes of any other user he did not meet all five requirements so if this community would have been larger i wouldn't have been the only one to have brought that up.

And you never explained your form of testing until now, so its clear that my intentions weren't to critisize your forms of testing.

Nonetheless u did criticize and as i stated he is a test to see how this functions and what will need improvement.
